RJ TextEd is a full featured text and source editor with Unicode support. It is also a very powerful web (PHP, ASP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS) development editor. The functionality extends beyond text files and includes support for CSS/HTML editing with integrated CSS/HTML preview, spell checking, auto completion, HTML validation, templates and more. The program also has a dual pane file commander, as well as a (S)FTP client to upload your files. Below is a small list of features available. For a full list check out the features section.
In Notepad, say, you can only delete the current character. In RJ TextEd that are separate hotkeys to delete the current word, the previous word, and delete text to or from the beginning of the current line or sentence. As well as deleting the current sentence, all blank lines in the document, and more.
The program also includes many more developer-specific features: code completion, code folding, HTML validation, CSS/HTML preview, a syntax editor, colour picker, charmap and more.
And if you're thinking it sounds like you could develop an entire website in the program, you're right. And it doesn't stop there: RJ-TextEd also includes a dual-pane file manager, and you even get an integrated (S)FTP client to upload your files when you've finished.

Options
Made some minor changes in the "File" section.
It's now possible to set a default file type when opening a file. This is used if the file is empty, or doesn't contain any line feeds.
Made changes and added options in the "Style and fonts" section.
Option to show/hide change indicator on document tabs.
Option to show/hide changed and saved indicator on document tabs.
Made a change in the "Tools" section.
Added a button to clear the tool icon, if assigned.
Find/Replace
Searching folders using a multiple line find text should work properly now - no matter the file type. The files can be a mix of Windows, Unix and Mac files. Find and replace should work regardless.
Join lines
Join lines will now remove all surrounding white spaces and add one space between lines. Except for the first line where the indention is preserved.

Digit separator in C++ (1'000'000).
Document context menu caption.
Fixed issues with "Open in default program".
Selection after moving text cursor to a bookmarked line.
Word wrap issue with complex scripts like Japanese.
